Patch 1.01

Patch 1.01:

• Bug Fixes
• Item Drop Rate adjusted
• Enemy balancing giving 2nd loop a bit more challenge as intended
• Changed 'Life Blood' item to 10 health regained and increased shop price
• Changed shop to be able to sell items

These are fixes needed pointed out by players so wanted to go ahead and fix those up. Should add more challenge to second loop and fix the cheese method found. May update more if anything needs fixed.
